ORIGINATING FROM THE OLD NORSE WORD KRINGLA, MEANING RING OR CIRCLE, THE KRINGLE IS A HAND ROLLED DANISH PASTRY THAT HAS BEEN RESTED OVERNIGHT BEFORE BEING SHAPED INTO AN OVAL, FILLED WITH FRUIT, NUTS AND SPICES, BAKED AND TOPPED WITH DELICIOUSLY SWEET ICING.

  • KRINGLE ALEXANDER

    Brandy. Plenty of brandy. Yep, that's a Wisconsin thing. So is the Kringle (state pastry, don't cha know?) Now put those two things together. Match made in Nordic heaven, baby. Recipe for the Kringle Alexander:

    2 oz Kringle Cream
    2 oz Korbel Brandy

    Place in a shaker with ice. Strain into a glass. Top with freshly grated nutmeg. Retire to your sheepskin rug

 KC CherryKringle 250

  • CHERRY KRINGLE

    4 1/2 oz Kringle Cream
    1/2 oz Cherry Heering Liqueur
    1 oz Death's Door Vodka
    Maraschino cherry for garnish

    Combine all ingredients in shaker with ice. Shake and then strain into small glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.

  • CREAMY CHOCOLATE MINT COCOA

    1 oz Kringle Cream
    1 oz Wondermint Schnapps Liqueur
    Hot chocolate to fill
    Candy Cane for garnish

    Pour Kringle Cream and Wondermint into glass, stir to combine. Fill to top with Hot Chocolate. Place candy cane on side of glass. Serve Hot and do not forget marshmallow!

  • KRINGLE ROSE CHAI

    1.5 oz Kringle Cream
    3 oz Rose Chai tea
    1 tsp of brown sugar
    edible flowers for garnish

    Pour all ingredients into small glass or tea cup, garnish with edible flowers

 

KC LemonMeringue 250

  • LEMON MERINGUE MARTINI

    1 1/2 parts Kringle Cream
    1 1/2 parts citrus rum
    1 part lemon juice

    Shake in ice shaker and strain over rocks or martini glass.

 

KC KringleSmash 250

  • KRINGLE SMASH

    3/4 oz Kringle Cream
    1.5 oz Coconut Rum
    2 oz Coconut Milk
    1/4 oz pineapple puree
    Chocolate bitter float
    Mint Sprig for garnish

    Pour in all ingredients into shaker except bitters and fill with ice. Shake, and double-strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice or one large ice chunk. Add a few dashes of chocolate bitters to float on top. Slap a mint sprig between your hands and place on side of glass for garnish.

  • KRINGLE SMOOTHIE

    1 oz Kringle Cream
    1 cup Almond Milk
    1/2 cup Vanilla Ice Cream
    Freshly Grated Nutmeg and Mint Sprig for Garnish

    Pour Kringle Cream, Almond Milk and Cream into Blender. Blend in Pulse mode until combined. Pour into glass, garnish with grated nutmeg and mint sprig.

  • KRINGLE JINGLE COFFEE BREAK

    1 oz Kringle Cream
    1 oz Death's Door Vodka
    1 oz strong coffee
    1 tsp maple syrup

    Combine Kringle Cream and Vodka in your favorite coffee mug. Pour your favorite strong coffee.
    Stir in real maple syrup and enjoy!

 

  • Almond Kringle

    2 parts Kringle Cream
    1 part amaretto

    Shake in ice shaker and strain over rocks or martini glass.

 

  • Wisconsin Breakfast

    1 part Kringle Cream
    3 parts strong coffee, room temp

    Shake in ice shaker and strain over rocks.

 

  • Wisconsin Mudslide

    1 part Kringle Cream
    1 part coffee liqueur
    1 part magnus ice vodka
    1 1/2 cups vanilla ice cream

    Blend all ingredients with 2 cups ice and strain into hurricane glass

 

  • Macaroon

    2 parts Kringle Cream
    1 part coconut rum

    Shake in ice shaker and strain over rocks or martini glass.

 

  • Kringle Float

    1 part Kringle Cream
    3 parts root beer

    Pour root beer in ice-filled highball glass. gently float Kringle Cream so as to not separate.
